I’m experiencing TWO critical issues with my submission:
Issue 1 - Original Account: I successfully uploaded my screenplay and treatment and saved. Later, when I tried to re-upload, the system said “this title is already taken” — confirming my first upload and saved exists. But I cannot find my play anywhere in my dashboard.
Issue 2 - New Account: I created a new account to try again. After uploading all files and filling in the logline/synopsis, I get this error when trying to submit: “Something went wrong on our end. Please try again later or contact support if the problem persists.”
Could you please help me urgently?
