URGENT: Upload Error - Deadline March 15

Hi Kinolime Team,

I’m experiencing TWO critical issues with my submission:

Issue 1 - Original Account: I successfully uploaded my screenplay and treatment and saved. Later, when I tried to re-upload, the system said “this title is already taken” — confirming my first upload and saved exists. But I cannot find my play anywhere in my dashboard.

Issue 2 - New Account: I created a new account to try again. After uploading all files and filling in the logline/synopsis, I get this error when trying to submit: “Something went wrong on our end. Please try again later or contact support if the problem persists.”

Could you please help me urgently?

Me too. Maybe their submissions server has crashed.

I hope that raising this error will allow you to submit even if the deadline is reached . . . .
